What does Papa “J” Say?

God has a lot to say about the wise person and the fool. Both have a legacy, to the wise; Glory, to the fool; Shame. These Rewards are not like those that men give, but what God gives! Big Difference – Proverbs 3:35

One friend writes: “Jesse again I thank you greatly for your daily devotionals.” He goes on to talk about his work with the Navy at the Justice School in Newport, RI. Also his secret clearance and the advancements made in communication. He speaks of NATO and DoD and of Camp Smith in Hawaii. The average civilian is familiar with the acronyms, and bases, but government employees and military people work with and understand what it is that makes NATO and DoD working entities. Also, I think about my wife and her career with the Navy, over twenty five years working and serving the men and women of the military in peace or combat. As my thoughts move to the more current issues of the day in which we live I become anxious even to point of anger. What? Should I not be praising my friend and wife for their dedication to duty! Oh! I do! I do praise them, their lives fall in line with FREEDOM, JUSTICE and LIBERTY for ALL! But what makes me anxious and angered are the people who hold office and those seeking law making seats who are undermining the thoughts of John Adams, who wrote to his wife Abigail on the second day of July in 1776.

“This second day of July, 1776, will be the most memorable epoch in the history of America. I am apt to believe that it will be celebrated by succeeding generations as the great anniversary festival. It ought to be commemorated as the day of deliverance, by solemn acts of devotion to God Almighty. It ought to be solemnized with pomp and parade, with shows, games, sports, guns, bells, bonfires, and illuminations, from one end of the continent to the other, from this time forward forever more.”

Independence Day is July 2, 1776, the 4^th is a myth. The day that the Second Continental Congress voted to separate the American Colonies from the control of Great Britain during the American Revolution. Today Americans need another Revolution. This is not an option for the people of the United States! We will always have crime and terror. BUT! Crime and terror should not be in a government that IS: WE THE PEOPLE, FOR THE PEOPLE AND OF THE PEOPLE! I am talking to Red Blooded Americans! Not those who call themselves American because they have been born on the continent or those placed on the continent by some other country or RELIGION to do harm to the American way of life. We are not perfect. We are a nation of ONE UNDER GOD who are being made perfect through the BLOOD of the LAMB. Those who are not godly, get OUT, or get CONVERTED! Tomorrow on July 02, 2010 (Independence Day) I intend to raise American awareness of LIFE, LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS. In honor of those men and women who worked, fought and died defending the Nation. Civilian and military. Are you with me? Then bend those knees, seek God and He will respond. Some would argue that we are not a nation called by His Name. Prayer and faith in His Name will prove those people WRONG! Acts 4:23-31 and Psalm 2.
